Q: How long will my watch take to ship?
A: All domestic orders greater than $35 are shipped Free via USPS First Class (3-5 business days.) Can't wait that long to get your Freestyle watch? We understand! We offer several methods of expedited shipping. All international orders are shipped by requested selected service.
Q: Are delivery times guaranteed?
A: Delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. We do not provide money-back guarantees. If you have a strict deadline for the receipt of your purchase, we recommend selecting a guaranteed delivery service such a Federal Express Overnight or Priority Mail Express.
Q: My watch has not arrived when expected. What should I do?
A: Please keep in mind that all delivery time frames listed on the website are estimates provided by each postal service. These time frames are not guaranteed.
Q: I received a message that my package was delivered but it's not here. What should I do?
A: Since the package was delivered, the post office is the first in line to help you out with finding the package since they are responsible for the delivery. I would take your tracking number and go to the post office and have them help you track it down. They should be able to give you the location where it was scanned and the name of your mail person and how to contact them.
Q: Does Freestyle ship internationally?
A: Absolutely! There may be taxes, duties, and or VAT costs applies by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not included in the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Freestyle. If you refuse the order, the cost of shipping will not be refunded by Freestyle.
Q: I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
A: If your watch hasn’t shipped, we can change the address. Just send us a message. If the package has already been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Freestyle is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Q: I received a message that my package could not be delivered and has been returned to sender. Can it be reshipped?
A: Yes, we’d love to reship your package. However, there will be a reshipping charge and we may ask for an alternate address.

Q: Undeliverable Packages
A: If your package is returned to Freestyle marked as undeliverable or return to sender, a reshipping fee will be required.
Q: Incorrect Addresses
A: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Freestyle is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Q: Returned / Refused Orders
A: If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
